Atelier Newsha Abbasi

Atelier Newsha Abbasi brings together collections, sketches, pieces, and recurring forms from my fashion practice over time. It is where I think through clothing as image, material, silhouette, and presence—where ideas are gathered, tested, and translated before they settle into something worn.

Atelier Newsha Abbasi holds the fashion side of my practice in one place. It brings together finished collections, sketches, studies, and selected pieces, alongside the visual and material research that surrounds them. I think through fashion not only through garments themselves, but through the movement of an idea across mediums—through references, fragments, image, mood, and recurring forms before they arrive as clothing. Some works resolve into finished pieces; others remain as studies, returns, or traces of a larger language still unfolding.

My relationship to fashion has never been only commercial. It has always been tied to presence, authorship, and the body—to the question of what a garment can hold before it is even worn, and what it becomes once it is inhabited. This page is a place to encounter that process: the collections, the gestures, and the forms through which my fashion practice continues to take shape.
