Pitti Imagine Uomo Humnity Collection SS19

Pitti Immagine Uomo 2018 Florence

Presented by Persian Idea Mode ArTech

Multi-designer collection

This project was a menswear collection developed for presentation at Pitti Immagine Uomo (Pitti Uomo)—a biannual menswear trade fair in Florence and one of the most influential international platforms for men’s fashion and accessories.

I worked across translation, coordination, and coherence between multiple designers and their teams, keeping the collection true to its central concept from development to presentation. Each team brought its own voice and approach, but the work had to be experienced as one unified collection—not a set of separate statements. The goal wasn’t aesthetic uniformity, but aligned intent—so independent voices could read as one unified body.

Alongside the collection, I also contributed to early media content supporting the debut and public introduction of the initiative.

This work was produced within Persian Idea ModarTech, a Tehran-based startup envisioned as a fashion hub—an ecosystem combining design and production with editorial content, press, and educational programming.

I joined in the first round and later departed when the scope narrowed due to local constraints and the platform could not expand into women’swear as originally intended.
